Frequently Asked Questions So what's this daily competition stuff?
Each 24 hours are divided into 30 minute rounds, at the end of each round we give out trophies to the top earning teams playing in each slot machine. The team that wins the most trophies in the days rounds, wins the daily competition.
How do you win a trophy?
We give out trophies at the end of each round to teams which earned the most prize money in a slot machine game. 1 gold trophy is worth 2 silver trophies or 4 bronze trophies.
So the monthly competition is?
The team that won the most trophies over the last 30 days.
What do I get if my team is the daily winner?
If your team is yesterday daily winner, you will receive bonus coins as well as good ol' fashioned bragging right.
And the personal jackpot?
If your team wins a room, with your help that is, aside from receiving the gold trophy for that round, you will also gain a personal jackpot based on how much you played that slot machine game. It's just the teams way of saying thank-you.
How do I know who's winning the round?
Easy, if you want to know how the current round is going, you simply need to look in the lobby and see which teams are winning which slot machine games (that's the small shield in the corner of the slot machine game button). If you want to see more info use the graph view under the games, or mouse-over menu in the lobby to see exactly how each team is fairing.
How do I know who's winning today, or this week, or this month?
Using the graph view at the bottom you can see the Daily, Weekly or monthly stats of all the teams and who is in the lead. You can also see more detailed information in the "My Team" page.
Why can't I play certain Slot Machine Games?
As you play you receive XP points. The more points you gain the higher your level is. When you "level up" you also unlock new slot machine games to play in.
Are all the machines the same?
Definitely not, firstly each has its own unique look and feel. Aside from that as the machines unlock they will offer you more trophies for winning them in a round. Also, the harder it is to open a machine the less players are going to be competing on it, which means you have a much better chance of tipping that machine to your teams favour.
How do I pick a team, and can I swap?
Teams are automatically assigned to insure a fun and fair competition to everyone, and at this point you cannot swap to another team. How do I know what team I'm on? Every team sees the game interface in it's own color. Look at the game banner what color is that? congratulations, that's your team.
I'm playing like crazy but how do I know if it's effecting the graph?
Firstly, remember that the graph bar will only be effected by wins. Secondly, depending on how many other people are playing that same slot machine game, it might be a bit tricky to see your individual contribution. Either increase your bet/lines to raise the stakes and earn bigger wins, or try to unlock one of the higher end slot machine games with less players.
